Shalom E. Lamm – Managing Member
Mr. Lamm is co-founder and managing member of Emerging Growth Realty Advisors, LLC. He has been the managing general partner (or equivalent) in the acquisition, rehabilitation, financing, and the sale of almost 9,000 apartment units throughout the southeastern United States and has held an equivalent position in the ownership of almost 2,000,000 sq ft of commercial and industrial buildings. Mr. Lamm was the principal owner of Brook Properties and KTB Construction in Atlanta, Georgia that managed and rehabilitated all of the multi-family assets.
Mr. Lamm has executed traveled extensively in Eastern Europe to Ukraine, Hungary, Latvia, Russia, and Poland.
Mr. Lamm currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Yeshiva College, and as a member of the Board of Directors of The Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA).
Mr. Lamm is a graduate of Yeshiva University (BA, Philosophy) and the American Military University (MA with honors, Military History). He has published articles and essays on a wide range of topics including educational public policy, the U.S. Civil War, and most recently warfare policy in the Journal of International Security. He is currently writing a book on WWI aviation.
Ken Nakdimen – Managing Member
Kenneth Nakdimen is a managing member of Black Creek Construction, LLC and its affiliated companies. Mr. Nakdimen has over 25 years experience in high profile Wall St. securities trading and processing. He was the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Horizon Real-Time Systems, Inc., a major provider of market leader real-time fixed-income computer systems to global banks and brokerage houses. His clients included Deutsche Bank, UBS, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Credit Lyonnais, Societe Generale, Fuji Bank, Daiwa Securities, Greenwich Capital, RBC Dominion, Bank of Montreal and many other primary dealers in U.S. Government securities. After leading the firm for 13 years, Mr. Nakdimen sold the company, which now operates under the name Helix Financial Systems as a division of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.
Prior to founding Horizon, Mr. Nakdimen worked for ten years as a computer systems consultant in Securities Movement and Control (SMAC) systems at global banks, as a sub-contractor to Vista Concepts, Inc., the leading provider of custody systems to global banks. Mr. Nakdimen’s educational experience includes the University of Washington (Seattle), Brooklyn College, Nova University (Florida) and Florida International University.
Valentyn Klyuchnikov
Born and raised in Ukraine, Mr. Klyuchnikov has resided in the United States and Israel for the past four years. Mr. Klyuchnikov has been actively involved in the accounting department of Beekman Street Advisory Corporation, Norfolk Financial LLC, and Argus Asset Management LLC. He worked as a consultant for a Belorussian Real Estate development company and is very familiar with the markets both in the US and Eastern European countries. He is a student at the Sy Syms School of Business of Yeshiva University, majoring in accounting and real estate, where he is also the president of the Russian Club. He is fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian, and is comfortable in Hebrew and Polish.
