Emerging Growth Realty Advisors, LLC (EGRA) was formed to provide a full service professional and experienced portal from US based commercial real estate investor groups, to the burgeoning Eastern European and other emerging international real estate markets.

The upside potential of properly located and executed projects in Eastern Europe and other prime international real estate locations are far higher than comparable quality projects in more mature markets in the US or established first world European cities. However, navigating through complex legal, regulatory and financial local and national governmental organizations requires deep local expertise, solid language skills and a familiarity with the legal structures of the target country.  

EGRA has developed that expertise in a number of East European countries and is continuing to grow its global network of industry experts to better serve both sides of the equation. EGRA’s clients includes both real estate developers from target countries seeking US or European high quality investment funds and also the very highest profile U.S. and Western European based commercial real estate investors seeking only the top local developers with whom to create joint venture relationships.  

EGRA creates the relationship means and structures debt, equity, mezzanine and participating financing to meet the goals of both parties.  EGRA can be retained in an advisory role on the fund or developer side of any transaction.
